De ce fait, de nombreux modules en rapport avec la gestion de la relation client (CRM) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place par <a href=\"https:\/\/afreetech.com\/en\/\">AFREETECH<\/a>, \u00e0 savoir l\u2019action commerciale, le suivi de la client\u00e8le, la gestion des projets, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-804e041d84aa9e8cf3a398a2ef704c15\">Le projet consistait principalement \u00e0 fournir un logiciel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/learning-centre\/crm\/what-is-crm\/#:~:text=Qu'est%2Dce%20que%20le%20CRM%20%3F,-Obtenir%20le%20guide&amp;text=Le%20CRM%20ou%20gestion%20de,ses%20clients%20ou%20clients%20potentiels.\">CRM<\/a> avec les fonctionnalit\u00e9s suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-block-list wp-elements-3fead25e57847f751bc2d94bda5bbcaa\">\n<li>G\u00e9rer la base de donn\u00e9es des clients&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les Workflows&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les campagnes marketing&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les ventes&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les \u00e9changes et la communication&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les reporting,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer le service client,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les utilisateurs, leurs r\u00f4les et habilitations&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exportation des donn\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les projets&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les d\u00e9penses du personnel&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer le parc automobile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9finir une strat\u00e9gie de reprise des donn\u00e9es des syst\u00e8mes existants de la CAMPOST (s\u00e9lection, extraction, tests, correction etc\u2026.)&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les donn\u00e9es existantes et les transf\u00e9rer dans la base de donn\u00e9es du logiciel CRM tout en s\u2019assurant de la coh\u00e9rence et l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de celles-ci&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfacer le CRM avec le syst\u00e8me d\u2019information bancaire de la CAMPOST et autres syst\u00e8mes le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-d3d147ad40b666ff9911a743f69f1366\">Nos \u00e9quipes ont travaill\u00e9 en collaboration avec le personnel de la CAMPOST de la phase d\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019existant au d\u00e9ploiement en passant par les d\u00e9veloppements, tests et formation.
